They are very unprofessional, they make it obvious that they are talking about you. I was told by their MANAGER a certain price and they still tried to overcharge me, this is something they should have taken out on their boss not me, I also had the saved text from their boss stating the price and they still wanted to argue. They will also start on your hair then disappear to go to the store while they are supposed to be braiding your hair. They are very rude people and if they were more professional then the shop would be better.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Terrible customer service, very rude, over pricing. The lady that was gonna do my hair tried to charge me 260$ for some micro braids and than argued with me (GIRL BYE!) The prices on the wall doesn't mean a thing or when you call. I wish I could take my 1 star back.. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING WORST PLACE EVER!

I recently went to Aabies and got some box braids. Unfortunately, I was NOT happy with the experience. I feel that I was mislead and lied to throughout the entire process. Initially, I called to get some info on pricing and the lady told me it would be one price based on my description. However, when I got there, it was a totally different story. Not only were the prices significantly higher, but the lady I dealt with, refused to give me the size braid that I requested--she insisted that I get a smaller size, and said that it would take four to five hours max. Well. TEN hours later, we were finally done, but I was upset to find out when I got home, that my braids were uneven and cut in various lengths with random knots. I'm sorry, but customer service is VERY important, and there is too much competition around for them to play so many games with their customers. I WILL NOT RETURN.

I honestly had great service. I needed something quick and easy and she provided that. No change of prices or anything sketchy.
