Just took my girlfriend to get her hair cut at Great Clips on Two Notch road. She might be writing this revew, but she is very upset and still crying. She asked for shoulder length with layers. She got a neck length whack and chop job, at least 4 to 5 inches too short. Gaped and uneven with missed parts. I would not have this person, cut a dogs hair I did not like. For God's sake someone take the scissors from this person's unskilled hands and give her a job digging ditches, maybe she wont screw that up! You people have guts charging hard earned money for garbage work! Edit..... Thanks for the robot owner response, but she has to go out in public with this disgraceful hack job, so why not let the public see how you handle fixing this? Right here, right now. Be a star, or keep piling up bad reviews until you close the doors.

I have been to Great clips before but not to this location. (Two notch, Columbia, Sc) I had a very bad experience almost to the point I wanted to walk out. The lady who did my hair was unprofessional and rude. She was looking at me with disinterest. I kind of had a feeling she really did not enjoy what she was doing, was irritable and demeaning. She has a funny first name.. starts with an S and last name is Griffin. I smiled at her and she did not smile back. She made me sit in the chair and said how much I wanted it cut? When I said shoulder length she pick up a strand and uninterestingly states “that’s this much” All my explanation was in vain because she wasn’t interested to hear. I actually wanted it to be short but not a bob!!! I wanted it in layers that fell a little below my shoulders. All that fell on deaf ears. She ordered me to remove my glasses not request or ask. The lady cut straight my hair straight short! When I looked at my hair and ran my fingers down to see what she did... she rudely asked “now what’s wrong with it?” I wanted to walk out! I just was mum and prayed let this nightmare be over! She angrily stated “your hair is not even straight in spite of straightening.” I just was mum.. I didn’t bother to tell her my head sweats when I work out. She didn’t socialize or communicate with me other than her irritation and displeasure in me but she laughed with her co workers and said “I’m ready to take a break, go out and smoke and eat pizzas!” It was clear that she was not ready to take me as a client probably being exhausted and irritated. All that attitude was unwarranted! I was shocked at the mess she created and at the end she asked “okay”??!!! I didn’t say anything to her. Had someone else other than her checked me out I would have directly complained to them.. but she checked me out. I still gave her a tip because the person I am. But please let this not be repeated with an other innocent client who just wants some good no-attitude service and not a bunch of drama and hence I’m reporting. Thank you so much .

Sasha is great! She really knows how to do long layers and keep the length while giving more style in a subtle way. Ask for her and you won't be disappointed!

Never had a problem here until I pulled the shortest straw and got Tammi.she never asked if I wanted the back rounded or squared.she chose rounded, I always get squared.never shaved below my hairline in the back.never put a mirror behind me to see the back.just asked,"feel better?"yes, and the sheet came off.and she stunk of cigarettes,at least wash your hands girl. If I do return here,I will most certainly refuse Tammi.but more than likely just go somewhere else.when working with the public you need to at least have some sort of professionalism and good personal hygiene.
