I guess you get what you pay for. Stopped in to get a quick trim for my 5 year old and he came out with the worst hair cut ever. I asked for short on the side and a little longer on top. Nothing is even and there are longer pieces on the side and top. Ask the stylist to fix it and she told me it was fine. Avoid this place at all cost!

At times the wait can be a little but that's because it's a walk-in salon. But Melanie always delivers hands down. She been the best for the last two years.

I go to this location quite often. Seems like lately there is only one person working and you wait an hour to get started on a men's haircut. I wish there was better options on James Island. Management needs to take responsibility for having more people working. I do like my haircuts from here just don't try to get a quick cut from here anytime.

I have heard great things about this particular spot so I decided to bring my son here and spoke with a lady whose chair is right behind the cash register showed her what I wanted asked her 3 times a f she could do this and she assured me she could do what I asked for ! Hell no she couldn't ! I been growing my son's hair out for a year so we could work with something and she totally chopped and screwed his head up ! Very unprofessional and absolutely not a barber so if I was you I would avoid the lady behind the cash register for sure

Lack professionalism. I took my 5 year old son in for a haircut at 9 am on a Wednesday. Girl told us she'd be with us shortly. Fifteen minutes later she came to check us in and told us it'd be 20 more minutes. Two ladies in chair, two working, one waiting ahead of us. 30 minutes later he was in the chair. There was no sense of expediency. All said and done it took over an hour.
