My first visit to Jonas Marc was in July, 2017. I love this salon. It's beautifully chic inside, but has that small town feeling. Perfect in my book! Sam cut and styled my hair and Kathy gave me a pedicure immediately following my hair cut. Sam is awesome! We talked about my hair and what style would be best for my lifestyle. It's the best hair cut I have had in a long time. Kathy is awesome as well! She did an excellent job on my pedicure, took her time and was very gentle. All personnel at the salon were super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this salon to anyone.

Honestly, this is the first time I have left a review for a service or business I have used. Plenty of them have deserved one, good and bad, but I never took the time. I hope that little bit of info will get you to take my review with a little more gravity. To tue point: Jonas Marc is 5 STARS all the way and across the board! Short story on how I ended up at JM. I am not from MB, and had no idea where to get my hair cut. I made an unfortunate choice with another salon here in town. I new I had to get someone to not only fix the cut I just received but also give me a quality cut and style to boot. After a little research and reading a ton of reviews, I contacted Jonas Marc to try to get an appointment. I opted to email instead of call. On top of the short notice, I had only a day or two before I had to leave for the Christmas Holiday. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Kathy Coleman (owner and operator) responded to me right away. She text me to ask about my hair situation and I sent her pictures of the current bad cut and one of my my hair the way i usually have it done. She took a lot of her time helping me. Then she preceded to call the stylist she thought would be best for what I wanted and needed. OVER BOARD CS: Both locations were closed for the day at the time. Kathy called each stylist personally to see if they could come in to fix my hair that day. Again the salons were closed for the day! SAMANTHA (SAM) to the rescue! Kathy told me to come to the salon in Conway and Sam would be waiting for me. Kathy said I would love Sam and what she could do with my hair. PROOF IS IN THE OUTCOME: Sam was wonderful. She was a breath of fresh air. Fun and professional. She listened and looked at my photos, while giving me feedback and ideas about what she thought and could do for me. The final result was fantastic. She actually fixed my very mangled hair cut ( not an easy feat in itself) and gave me a great cut and style. As soon as I can, i am going back to Jonas Marc and Sam for highlights and anothe4 cut and style. I can't wait to see what Sam does next. Give Kathy a call and give Jonas Marc your business. Sam did an amazing job on my hair! From the consultation to the blowout, she was a total gem! She listened to everything I had to say and really understood what I wanted. She was a complete pleasure and seemed to actually enjoy what she was doing. I am so excited to have found an awesome hairdresser in the area.
