I love the online check-in option! I have two boys that get regular haircuts at this location and we've never had to wait more than a few minutes. The stylists do great work and the price is right. They keep notes on what cut/style was done previously so results are consistent, but they take feedback well and can easily accommodate requests for a new look.

Do not come here. I walked in at 750pm (thought they closed at 9). I work in retail so I definitely get it. The lady was very rude from the get go and told me it would be a 20 minute wait. I told her I was going to wait outside. She replied "no problem". I come back 15 minutes later to a locked door at 8:05pm. The woman has the audacity to tell me she couldn't take me because I wasn't in the office at 8!!!!! I've been standing outside the entire time and showed up 5 minutes before you told me to. Awful service! Never come here! A little lesson sweetheart... Treat your customers with respect and they'll take care of you. I was planning on tipping you $20 for staying an extra 15 minutes.
