Got in from outta town arrived at 713 pm on a Saturday night ( business closes at 8pm) and the lady told me she had someone in front of me and they would be closed so they couldn’t cut my hair ! Total lack of business sense by the lady running the place ! Go the extra mile for your business and clients and you’ll have more business then you know what to do with !

My stylist Angel does a wonderful haircut. Love this place.

I hate cutting my hair at Walmart or Smart tyle because I feel like when I go to them they mess up my hair. However this lady named Angel, cut my hair. It was an urgent, and I was able to book her tge day before. I was (still am) content with how she cut my hair, I just wasnt happy with how greasy my hair was after she straightened it. She used dry shampoo afterwards which made it a little better. I went home and washed it out completely, because it was still greasy from my roots.

I am not one who generally does a review but this time I feel I must say something. I have been going to this salon for over a year since moving to the area trying to build a relationship with a stylist there who could take care of my hair needs. Yesterday I went there for my second perm and probably 4 time haircut. Being a retired hairdresser myself, I understand the importance of a stylist-client relationship where the stylist understands how the patron wears her hair and address her needs. After all this time Lisa still did not remember how I wanted my haircut and got really snippy when I questioned her about it. I was so flustered, just dry it and let me go. I will not be back. If I wanted great clips, I would have gone there but I choose a full service salon for a reason.
