Very unprofessional w/ time allotment! Wasn’t satisfied with my hair & Brenda (The Owner) refused to fix it, or pay me my money back! Offered a discount for future service, but 200$ later I won’t be returning & considering a civil suit!

Currently, visiting from Atlanta. In need of a simple braid down as foundation for a diy style. Called the number associated with the business. I asked if I can ask a few questions and her response is “About what?” Seriously? This is a business number I dialed to speak with you regarding this business... correct? That response triggered agitation on my behalf. I have zero patience for a lack of professionalism. After I expressed how I no longer am interested and disconnected. 2 additional calls were made to my phone. I have moved on. Thank you/No thank you. For future reference please do better.

This is one of the most unprofessional shops when it comes to timing. I expected to be there for a while because I was getting micro braids, but to be waiting two hours with an appointment and you want to take walk in's who came in after me because what they were getting was easier. No my money spends the same way. I will take my $200 somewhere else where it is appreciated. Then she tried to keepe from leaving ....and then you're talking about me ...smdh
