I took a chance today and walked in to the salon. My ends were getting bad and I needed a trim. Celeste while very friendly and personable did a hack job on my hair. I asked for a trim and to leave the length and 2.5 uneven inches later I walked out very disappointed. I paid for the service because I know that is how she makes her living but I will not go back.

I've been a loyal customer since November 2013 and am happy to say Hope Lyles, owner, has continuously done a great job with my color, cut, and style for a very reasonable price. I just had my very curly hair straightened and am really happy with it. Hope goes the extra mile every time to make sure I'm satisfied with her services. I would happily recommend this salon and have never had a less than pleasing experience here.

The price was right, so a couple months ago I took a chance and got a haircut at this salon. I found the experience to be unprofessional and lacking in warmth or friendliness. I wasn't put at ease and did not enjoy my experience. The cut itself was okay, although in retrospect I still don't feel like I got what I wanted. I brought a past photo of myself with the cut I wanted to get, and tried to explain it verbally as well. I was made to feel sort of idiotic/stupid for doing this. I won't be back and cannot recommend this experience. Which is a bummer because it was less expensive than most other area salons. Sadly, "you get what you pay for" rings true in this circumstance.

I've had cut and color twice. Touch up to roots often, have been very happy with all the services.

these girls are sweet and accomadating. I feel they are expert cutters. I have watched both do cutting of other customers and they are excellant. I have been going there for over a year - at least once a week and they bend over backward to please. I didn't know what I wanted for awhile, and Ashley did whatever I asked until I found what I wanted1 Hope has also done me when Ashley couldn't and she was equally good1 They are like my daughters!!
