Beware of this salon if you have natural curly hair. They are lovely ladies with good intentions but a harsh blowout can kill your curls and put you at months of deep conditioning to regain your curl patterns. I received a blow out for a length check and after 3 deep conditioners, I have dead straight patches in my hair and trying to get rid of an eggy smell. I lost a patch of my hair after washing out the blow out. If you are going to go, make sure you ask for nonsulfate products and medium setting on the heat.

Cheap place, cheap results! I went only for a haircut, nothing out of the ordinary and i was disappointed! But the worst of all is the terrible customer service, you wait a thousand hours, it's not a relaxing place, everyone shouts instead of talking, there is no education, worst place ever!

My biggest concern coming here was heat damage. I voiced my concern to the stylist, Belgica, and she assured me that I had nothing to worry about. Unfortunately, my hair was damaged in the process. I do not think the blowout and flat ironing itself caused the damage. The stylist passed the flat iron over some parts of my hair multiple times & those sections that I noticed she flat ironed what seemed then like way too many times (and eventually proved to actually be WAY too many times), were the parts that were damaged. If you love your natural coils & you decide to go to this salon, I HIGHLY recommend making sure you pay close attention during the process and SPEAK UP if you feel like they're applying too much heat, because odds are, like me, you're right.

Teresa and Ileana took such good care of me! My hair looks amazing and they were just so kind and sweet. I was looking for a good blow out for my biracial crazy frizzy curly hair and they delivered! Great vibe in there. I instantly felt like part of the family and I loved the upbeat Latin music. I will be back!
