Garbage. Straight trash. I came in on Monday to see if someone could correct my hair color. The store manger was there and told me to come back on Saturday between 1630-1700 and she’d help me. I came back today(Saturday) and before I could even step foot all the way into the salon she told me it’s gonna be awhile. Why tell me to come back a certain day at a certain time then!!!!? I’ve had issues with this salon in the past with trying to get my sons haircut (staff is rude, acting like they hate their job and no one was even in a chair and told me it’s a two hour wait). My fault for even coming back. I honestly think wal-mart should get rid of their salons. The customer service is worse than the service inside the actual store.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. No hair books to look at in store for ideas.

Every time. EVERY. TIME. I go here and ask for service. Whether there is nobody in a chair, or all chairs full, there is a wait time of 1.5 hours or more. Something as simple as cleaning up my eyebrows. Not a single customer seated. 1.5 hour wait? Yeah, I'll stay going elsewhere.
