Had an appointment on 5/25/2017 (first time) and I have to say I love the style that the stylist did. Read the reviews on line of several shops and decided to give Elegance a chance I was not disappointed. The stylist was on time and very professional. I will be going back🤗🤗

I recently moved to North Charleston about 3 weeks ago. After researching several braiding salons in the area, I chose this one and I would definitely return. My goddess faux locs turned out EXACTLY as I wanted them to. I showed the braider a picture of the style and she delivered!! It was well worth my money and time. I have received nothing but great compliments on my hair.

I wouldn't recommend this place. I've been getting braids done for about 20 years, and I've never been this unhappy with the quality of the work before. My stylist did a very poor job with the edges. The braids quickly became painful to wear, and I've had to cut several braids out early (those that didn't fall out within about a week). I've had much more breakage around the edges than I've ever had before with braids. I think part of the problem was that they strongly recommended that I get a medium/small size of braid because of my thick hair, and the braider attached tiny strands/pieces of hair to each individual braid. It's been about a month, and I know I'll need to remove the braids early. Buyer beware.

I went here to have a sew in done, about a month ago. I asked to use a net for my head, and person that was doing my hair refused to use the net, like i had asked. She was VERY rude to me! If I want something done because I'm paying for it. I will not come back her for service!
