The worst braiding experience I ever had. They braided my hair so tight and charge me $250 I took them out in 3 days I had knots big bumps that started to puss my scalp hurt so bad .. I have had my hair braided so many times this was the worst experience ever .. this was my first time coming to this salon . My hair line is ripped back a inch .

they took forever to start my hair and kept switching hairdresser which I thought one was coming to get her own hair fixed bc she sat down then chatted like a cousin or something, then preceded to come help it took this lady 10mins for one braid. Then I arrived there to begin with @ 8am and when I was done I said can I have mine rodded up like the other customer Sophia tells me it's going to cost me more which the girl next to me didn't pay xtra. So then as we're all leaving not to mention they tried to change the price on me at the end so I needed to use the restroom, but someone was in there coming out they first asked me where do I live and I told them then they said ohhh that's not far you can make it home. Hold up I just paid yall $195and you mean to tell me I can't use your restroom that I must hold it or go ask the ppl next door ,noo ma'am I cannot hold it I have hold it since I been here trying to hurry up and get outta here NOW I HAVE TO GO AND I'M A CUSTOMER WHERE IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE @! Then my braids comes out a week later come back Sophia talkin bout I tied it down to tight ,ms it hurt to bad to do that I had a stocking cap . Then she says it's normal, I'm like where in Africa must be not in the US OF A, all my edges came out right with it after I said bf she START brush my edges down 4×'s! !!
