Ran across this fun place one Saturday during the Downtown Market. I had been looking for a new hairstylist and met Meagan, the owner. What a great name for her salon because it fits her personality to a tee! The atmosphere is bursting with a positive energy and fresh style! And the downtown location is conveniently located near lots of city parking!! I booked my first appointment online. It was super easy and I appreciate the text reminders! I've been back three times. I've had my hair cut and colored...and loved it *every* time. But my favorite service on the Bubbly menu is Meagan's remarkable keratin treatment! It makes my hair feel silky smooth...and it lasts!! All the services are so very reasonably priced! And the staff is incredibly friendly all the time!! I can't say enough about my GREAT experience with this shop!! Go check it out!

Very unorganized salon for being in such a good location. Owner gets drunk at the bar next door(Cazbah) as her salon falls apart. Not a good look for someone who owns their own business.

Unfortunately I had a subpar experience here. The young lady that was doing my hair for a wedding completely botched it. I left with hair that looked like I had rolled out of bed, very flat and lifeless and straight. I was not charged for the service due to how my hair looked. The owner, I believe her name is Megan, was absolutely wonderful in the past when I was considering using their service for another occasion (which didn't end up working out) and kind and was really willing to help me out even on the day that they were closed, and I am sure that she would be able to do a better job than her coworker, but in reality, my experience there with a darker haired girl ruined my day. I looked terrible in pictures because I did not have enough time to rectify the situation before the wedding. She insisted that I have naturally flat hair and hair that cannot be curled, which couldn't be further from the case. Just really an unfortunate experience. I told her before washing my hair to please be gentle because I have a tender scalp and she responded with, "well you got the wrong stylist." I think she was joking but tbh, I thought it was unprofessional, and for those reasons listed, I will not be returning.
