First time was with Beverly. It was wonderful second time was with Alicha and not only did I have to come home and cut long strands she missed underneath but it is unbelievably uneven. The long layers I had asked for at a 90 degree angle wasn't accomplished. She also kept slicing into my bottom line that left gaps into what should have been bottom weight. The left side is longer than the right and asked that it touch my collarbone and it doesn't. Now I have too short gapped hair.I've cut and taught hair for 42 years. She said she has cut hair for 7. She needs to listen closer to client and sharpen her haircuts. Wished I had waited on Beverly.

On this particular visit the stylist Cindy was simply awesome. She was professional and very helpful. Only about a 15 min wait on a busy Friday afternoon.

My worst hair cut ever and that includes the ones I have given myself. I took in a picture of the pixie style i wanted and told my hair butcher that I did not want my neck shaved and to leave my neckline "shaggy". I have a square neckline and she shaved it. She also shaved in front of my ears and did not leave the strand of hair as shown in the pic. I do not have a pixie style hair cut and am embarrassed for anyone to see me in my present state. I will NEVER go back to any Great Clips location.

Y’all this place sucks ass. Go in for a trim and your hair is gonna get f’d unless you’re a guy or just have really short hair. Not recommended if you have long hair.

I got the best haircut I've had in years from the stylist named Alisha, she did exactly what I wanted done and was very friendly. Highly recommend.
