We were new to the area and decided to try here since great clips had failed us in the past and they were close. We got our sons hair cut, a very simple and regular cut, short on sides with some length at the top to style. The hairdresser left no length at all, so can't style it at all it just sticks up. Then didn't even blend it at all so you could literally see all the areas messed up. It is one of the worst haircut I have ever seen. The only good was that they tried to correct it no charge, but it's literally nothing like we wanted it to be. We won't be back.

Poor customer service. I called ahead on a Monday morning to get my hair cut and they said they weren’t busy. I went in right after I called and they had many people waiting and said it’d be at least an hour to wait.

Dee is an artist who could really make bank in SoHo, Raleigh , or Los Angeles. He read my mind, took his time, and just did a super chic cut. He’d get $65 and up in Charleston! Book him. You just can’t go wrong
