Prices are good and location is convenient. My stylist did a good job. Place could use a good cleaning though, that's the only reason I didn't give it four stars.

Will not be going back for sure. Granted I was going in within the last hour before closing, but all I needed was a basic trim and I was the only person there. To get started, I told the lady I wanted to keep the top and bangs of my hair the same length and shorten the sides and back. Not only was I turned away from the mirror so I couldn’t see what was going on but my hair on the top was literally reduced to 1/6th of it’s original length! My bangs went from being lower than my brows and swooping to the side to having my forehead mostly exposed. Then my bangs were completely uneven, one side was shorter than the other side, and the top of my hair made no sense in the way it was cut either. There were random longer/uneven cuts and sections that sat strange because of what looked like a rush job. And the worse part is I didn’t realize how bad it was until after I left, from a distance it seemed alright. I went across the street to pick up a friend and realized that there was a lot of unevenness to the entirety of my head and when I went back less than 10 minutes after leaving to see if they could fix it and they were closed and had all the lights off. Thankfully I do a lot of cosplay and cut wigs often. I literally had to go back and recut all of the top of my head and bangs to make it even and not look retarded. Then I had to cut these random long pieces from behind my ears and the crown of my head. A 5 year old can cut more evenly than this. If it weren’t for the fact I can’t cut the back of my head I’d do it myself. This was my first time there in a very long time and definitely the last time.

Came in well before closing time with my boys and despite only having one customer was told they could not cut their hair due to time restraints. Won't ever visit this business again for lack of not only effort but consideration for the customer.

Wow. Just wow. How rude could people be. Walked in with my children at 11 am. Was never once acknowledged or talked to until I saw people going back for hair cuts after we had waited for an hour. I had to ask what the deal was. And they told me to sign in and wait. Customer service is horrible. Unless your in the "IN" crowd.
