Absolutely horrible! Had to wait over an hour and the stylist had the nerve to yell at my kids for playing on the floors because they were bored.... I really hope you hire more stylists and have them be nice!!

Made an appointment for my Son and I at 10:30 am. The Asian lady, who was very nice told us to come back at noon. We went back at noon. Still busy with the same people waiting. We left and returned at 2:00pm. The same lady said oh, maybe come back in a while. She muttered something about the other stylist. So, we spent the whole day waiting around for nothing! We are now looking for someone else to cut our hair AND........ We will NEVER return to this place! Don't waste your time. They don't really care. My son and I did end up finding a place called City Barber. They have several locations. It is more money and I recommend an appointment. City Barbers is THE best cut and experience. They have a great App. that you can use to look up locations AND make you appointment at well as pre pay it you would like.

I have been going her for the last several months as a walk in. I am always worked into the schedule quickly and happy with the cut and styles I have received each time I go, and have a different stylist each time too.

Alex does a great job. I have struggled to find someone who can cut my hair right and she takes the time to understand what you want and does it right.
