They got me in right away and knew exactly how to do my combination curly hair. She is friendly and knowledgeable and overall made it a great experience. I’ve had a history of terrible haircuts recently and she was able to fix it and work with my curls. Thank you so much! I will be coming here from now on

No longer living in the area but I dig this place so I have to leave a good review. Went to Kristen about a year ago with a hot mess on my head, frizzy, dry, previously colored and super damaged hair. She helped me out big time by turning me on to my own curly hair routine but I was most impressed by her attentiveness. I wanted to color my hair to break up the blonde that I was growing out, but I did not want to do any more damage to my hair. She suggested that we slightly and gently lighten the hair, and it was perfection. I have since done a ton of research to amp up my curls and hair health even more but this was the best place to kick off my curly/healthy hair journey. I would highly recommend for curls and or healthy hair and would happily return if I was in the area again.

This is by far the best salon experience I've ever had. I have crazy curly hair that I had just about given up on. Kristin gave me a fantastic cut that gave me shape but didn't cause me to lose a lot of length. The color is fantastic, exactly what I was looking for. The best part is I left the salon with curly hair. That never happens because I've never had a stylist who could figure out how to style my hair! It looked great, and Kristin taught me how to achieve the look on my own. I'm so happy I found this salon! If you have curly hair, this is the only place to go.

Have gone to this hair salon since 2015 here is my list of pros & cons. Pros: They sell diva curl hair products. They salon is huge lots of space not cramped. They really kno how to cut & style curly hair. Cons: Very expensive even for little bits of hair dye for color correction which can take up to a year or more to get where your trying to be. $130plus each time. Extremely poor lighting they use Xmas lights so the color you see there isn’t what you have outside of the salon. Lighting is super important in a salon for accuracy. They don’t offer a discount when you are trying to have your color corrected. Emily really seems to struggle to mix color up to do what she has invisioned in her head. Kinda never racking when your supposed trust their knowledge of what to mix to get the desired outcome. Their L’Oréal color is not very gentle on extremely kinky curly hair my hair didn’t tolerate it well at all permenate damage and frizz after a few hair color treatments. They seem to be rushed to get you in & out possible due to being overbooked. For returning clients you should receive a discount on product since they always try to sell you everything they have which they say you need. This stuff is definitely not cheap or affordable in any aspect. Bottom line = Go here for a curly cut or style only. There are other places that use more gentle hair dye then L’Oréal there bleach is super harsh on curly hair to.

I was very disappointed in my haircut. It turned out uneven and choppy. I'm sure the salon does a great job with curly hair, which is their specialty. For those with fine, straight hair, I would not recommend this salon.
