I had my nails done here by a brand new girl, Lindsay, and they are beautiful. I can’t stop staring at them. And the other girl in the salon, Erin, is so funny, and one of the most entertaining people I’ve ever met. I also got a great haircut here by someone who unfortunately left, but I promise, this is a great salon, and everyone should go here. The people are ridiculously talented. And be sure to tip well.

Esmeralda is the best!! She has cut my hair for over 10 years. She is very skilled and always remembers how to make everything look perfect. It is always a very pleasant experience and I recommend her highly.

Got hair colored and it looks horrible! Brown, yellow, white , black, when I just wanted it blond and brown underneath. Can't even wear my hair down. Looks so bad I'm embarrassed. Tryed calling to have it fixed today and there closed.

Let me just start by saying I only gave them one star because it wouldn't let me put zero. I was given a gift card to this salon and prompted by the giver to go to this "salon" to get pampered for my WEDDING. I made an appointment for an eyebrow threading and a manicure. When I showed up Lauren said "Oh, I don't know how to thread, is wax okay?". First red flag. I should have walked away then, but I figured "she's a professional, right?". I went in there with perfectly shaped eyebrows I asked her to just "clean them up a little" and when she asked "do you want me to keep them thick?" I said 'yes', obviously. Two rips later, and a mirror in my face revealed that my eyebrows (the ones that took me forever to grow out) were all but gone. They were thick only when compared to a spaghetti noodle. At that point, what can you do? They're gone. We pushed on and started the manicure. Simple. What could go wrong? Even though I look like an alien at lease I'll have nice nails on my wedding day, right? Wrong. She didn't have the right supplies and spent several minutes rummaging around other desks before she found the polish. I got a French tip (kind of). Each "tip" varied severely from the next, no bottom coat was applied and the colors were milky and sheer. Awesome. When the end was finally in sight she said to me "You have white nail polish at home, right?" To which I confirmed and she said "Good, if you bump them, just put a little bit of that on them". Nice. A true professional. She then sent me on my way with wet nails. It's been 10 days now and I still have to paint the missing parts of my brows in. Thanks for nothing.

Esmeralda is the best, I would have to say that she truly cares about what she does! I have never been disappointed with anything, waxing, cut, color or style!
