Single worst haircut experience I have ever had. Mel can obviously not deal with stress well. I got in to Great Clips shortly after it opened. When Mel started cutting my hair a few other people stepped in and were waiting. Mel started cutting my hair super fast so she could get the next person on the chair. She didn't ask me if I would like anything different with my haircut, and after she finished she walked right over to the register and rang me up. Any amount of money for a haircut here would be too much.

I like the way they store my haircut details and do the same every time..some of the stylists are better than others..but generally it's a good experience

This was a great place to get a haircut. They have the online check in from their website you can use to get in faster. I didn’t use it but I only had to wait about 10 minutes as a walk in. The woman who cut my hair was nice and friendly yet professional. I’m happy with my haircut.

The hair dressers are super friendly. If you worry about wait time, simply check in online. Their system will give you an expected wait time that is surprisingly accurate! They also have some great hair products.

I go here because I like to have a quick haircut without too much fuss. But a few times now, I've had this stylist that is all TOO quick. Today, I was out the door before I realized she was done, and now that i have had the time to actually see what she did, I realize my hair is not the way I want. It's still too long, and I know I can go back but I just want these styliststs to listen to what I want and check in with me BEFORE they send me back out. I have had some good stylists there but this one does not serve me well.
