This is the worst salon ever. Came in for a simple cut and they butchered my hair. The cut was under even left buzz lines that looked like a corn field. The cut was choppy and sloppy. I ended up getting some clippers from Walmart and having a friend fix it. I will never go back here or suggest this place to anyone. I will actually tell everyone I know to never go there. I give this place zero stars

Walked in and after standing in the doorway for 30-45 second was not greeted or acknowledged by either stylist, even though i was plainly needing assistance. Left and went to Walmart salon and got excellent service right off the bat.

Let’s preface this experience by saying, I live approximately 9 hours from this location. I typically take a moderately difficult 3.5 to 1.5 fade with a quif style combover. For a experienced stylist it’s a cakewalk, but with franchise salons, you never really know what you are getting, right? Wow, Christina did a spectacular job; with no prior experience working with me; she worked out exactly what I wanted; allowed me to show her photos of my usual cut, and cut it better than I have ever had done at home. I cannot brag enough about the kindness and courtesy that was on display for a verrrrry early walk-in. I walked in 15 minutes after open, and was greeted with a smile. I can’t speak to everyone on staff, as Christina was by herself for a portion of my visit, but good god please give that woman a raise. Absolutely spectacular, I hope I am in WV again as I’d drive at least two hours to have her give me the exact same cut again.

They were quick and did a good job. My teenage son was happy with his cut, so I was happy.
