I am a frequent shopper at this Ulta and I really do like it!! The only things are they do not have a lot of items in stock. Been here several times where they have not had eyeshadow palettes & or other items that you have coupons for. Other than that, I think they have a awesome selection, and it really is a huge store. I have found makeup brands like MAC who have mini lipsticks and Ulta sells them! I’m a makeup junkie, so really love stores like these. Overall, I most usually always have a good experience!!

My sister and I went in ready to spend some serious cash. We were there looking around for around a half hour. We counted five shoppers total in the store. Five. Even making eye contact with the staff didn't get them to budge from their giggly conversation. Left with nothing. We headed to Sephora to spend our money. We were greeted the moment we entered. Yes, they were busy, and yes, their associate treated us like we were the only ones at the store. Guess Ulta doesn't need sales to meet their goals.

Camille is amazing!i am a first timer at this store. I was overdue for a facial and dermabrasion. I'm 57 and have been going for facials for years. The results and experience was better than a spa treatment. Kudos to this woman. She knows her stuff and I will be scheduling regular appointments with her. Camille's skill level is phenomenal. I'm being 100 % objective, I walked in a stranger.

This has to be the worst Ulta location on the east coast. The tall girl who cakes her makeup on so much that she resembles a clown knows absolutely nothing about the products they sell. In fact no one in the store, including the manager knew about philosophy "C" facial serum that you mix to activate. Just a joke! I need all new makeup and a new skin care line. Walked in with 600 to blow, walked out with 550! Now there is a younger gentalman who does facials who helped me as much as he could. Very kind. He should be the manager, not the middle aged women with horrible makeup. They are there to represent, help, not treat customers like garbage when asked a question. Oh, heaven forbid you use a coupon or ask how many points you have. It's a sin! I do like the new Morgantown location, very nice. The absolute best location is in Washington PA. They were amazing and I came in 25 min before closing and they didn't rush me one bit.
