Got in waited for just a moment and then I showed a picture of what I wanted done and when I got to see the finished style it looked amazing

I’ve been here 3 times. My fault for going more than once, but it’s close by and I thought I should give them another chance. I wasn’t horribly unhappy with the cuts and waxing, but definitely not great. The third time I went, I ended up walking out before having anything done. After waiting several minutes to be acknowledged, the stylist told me 2 people were ahead of me when I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment. She said I should come back in 20 minutes. I came back in 15 minutes and she had another person in the chair that was not one of the two she said was before me. After waiting a few minutes, I decided to leave because she had already annoyed me to the point that I didn’t want her touching my hair or face.

My brother-in-law went to get his hair cut there and it was very crooked, hair left all over him, there was even some bald spots. The customer service was not very good either. He went and got it fixed someplace else and called SmartStyle for a refund and was denied a refund.

Made an appointment for a haircut at 3:30 PM.  Arrived 5 minutes early and was told it would be a minimum of 20 minutes while both ladies working there were doing perms.  I made an appointment so I would not have to walk around WalMart while waiting for a haircut.  Unsatisfactory.

Went for a haircut and associate said it would be 2 hours due to her doing a color job and only one working. I said no problem. Said she might be able to get me in between. I gave her my number and asked to call while I shopped. After 1 1/2 hrs. still no call. Finished shopping and stopped back by and associate was nowhere to be found but, the customer let me know if I needed a haircut it would be awhile. Absolutely unacceptable business. If she had time to disappear she had time to give a man a 10 minute haircut
