Before I left my house, I checked the salon hours and it said that the store closes 7 pm on 7/8/18. So I left the house 6:30 and arrived at 6:45 to the salon. All I wanted to get was a quick haircut for my son, that shouldn't take no more than 10 to 15 minutes. Upon arriving I opened the door to find that it was locked. I was really confused because the hours visibly said that the store closes at 7 pm. There was more than enough time to get my son a haircut. I understand that the salon needs some time to close, but if they were closing that early (6:45) then they should fix the website hours and the store hours to be more specific and actually close 6:45. This was disappointing because I had a really busy day, and this just made it worse. I hope you guys take this into much consideration, so it doesn't happen again.

I was waiting 20 minutes or longer for a stylist and there was another mother and her son after me. Two gentlemen came in after us and were both seen before us without appointment. When I asked why I was told by the receptionist that they both requested a specific stylist and I had requested first available. Both of their styliststs happened to finish with current customers shortly after they arrived. I told her I requested the first stylist available and thus should have received the first stylist to finish with their current customer. The receptionist said nothing, no attempt to resolve the issue or even an apology. After waiting another 15 minutes I left. I shouldn’t have to wait an extra 15 minutes plus because someone who arrived after me requested a stylist that became available. They should have to wait till after all customers in line have been seen. And if they don’t want to see the next available stylist, then continue waiting for the one they requested. They just lost a 5 year customer along with my kids. Will travel the extra 2 minutes across 50 to the barber shop.

The website and sign in the store lies. They use decptive pricing with a very small "additional fees may apply" type thing. Shampoo, cut and blow dry for long hair is $35, not $25. I had to go back to work with wet hair from my lunch break.

I've been here many, many times and I always wondered why I even bothered to come back. Don't get me wrong, the staff are wonderful people to be around. However they've butchered every haircut I've gotten there and when I asked them to stop cutting my hair they'd continue to thin it out and make it shorter, claiming they knew what they were doing. Last time I went to get my eyebrows waxed, the wax was so hot to the point my skin started to peel. I now have permanent burn scars under and around my eyebrows. I wouldn't recommend coming here.
