Waited a short time, which was great. The staff however wasn't so friendly. Sat in silence the whole time. Felt like I was aggravating them by getting a cut. Salon borderline dirty. Card machine took over 5 minutes to process because a staff member was on the phone. I won’t return to this hair salon.

Short wait time is good. Prices decent. Unfortunately when you get a stylist you like, the next time you come back and they are usually gone.

When I called this morning to inquire about open appointments, I was told that they had open appointments any time after 2PM. I said great, may I make an appointment for two? I was told yes and that they would see me then. I arrived at 1:57 and was told twice by two different people that I would be seen very soon. By 2:35 I left without getting my haircut. Don't make an appointment for a customer if you don't plan on fulfilling it. I understand that I might have to wait a few minutes but 40 minutes is unprofessional. Why was I told that I had an appointment?
