I walked through the door and from the start the woman had an attitude because my sister in law made a comment that the place was empty... She didn't agree with what I wanted done with my hair and was nasty about it. In retrospect, she said she had alot of appointments and I think she just didn't want to bother... she did agree to the hair cut but her attitude was apalling... aparently she was the manager.

Haircut was not what I asked for, recommended after the cut how previous stylist gave my hair volume and lift, refused to do so. Need to find out where previous stylist left and went to.

Not good with young kids. Very disappointing. Rude and unprofessional. My youngest sons hair is uneven and the lady was rough with him. Lucky for her, their daddy brought them. I would have asked for someone else to take over. We will not be back.

Disappointed. All I could smell was cigarettes from the stylist and my haircut was lackluster. Missed some spots and crooked lines in back.

Have always had decent hair cuts here, and left happy. There have been 2 separate times where I have left completely unsatisfied. Both by the same woman. I walk in and first thing I hear is how much she wants to go home. Perfect attitude to have, and then completely jacks my hair up. Will not return.
