I started going to Good Looks a few years ago actually and I couldn’t go to another barber since. I went through multiple barbers before that, they didn’t know much/ could tell they were just kind of winging it in a sense or it was just like you’re money and bounce/no client-employee relationship. Good Looks always felt relaxed and laid back personality wise. Sitting in the chair and talking was natural feeling, just like chatting with a friend. Jay Always gave an excellent cut and conversation. He also managed to fit me in even with a lack of opening in my personal schedule. Always appreciated. Good barber, Good atmosphere.

My 5 year old son(Micah) has 5 cowlicks, yet you managed to give him the cut that he wanted..that the other Barber shop couldn't do..Thank you so much..Micah now has the cut that he wanted and is ready for Pre-k graduation tomorrow..Thanks again😊

I got my cut about a week ago on a Sunday and I do not know where to start. I'm from Alexandria, Va where a good cut is on every block but truly Martinsburg is not the same until I found good looks. I had an appointment with Wahid but he was running behind and let me go to the next barber ( which most barbers wont let you do by the way) and this guy was awesome he did exactly what I wanted mid skin fade and left some on top. The fade was what I had been looking for! I was so happy I forgot to ask the barbers name but he had dreads and cut on the furthest seat. If you need a good cut definitely go here it's worth the wait no bs! I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone I know!

There is so much I can say about Wahid. He always goes out of his way to make sure my son is comfortable and brings a smile to his face. He is an excellent barber that makes sure my son receives phenomenal cuts each time. Making appts is easy with Wahid and he makes sure he gets you in without long wait times, if he gets behind he def communicates and lets you know. We are blessed to know him and grateful for him.

Worst experience ever! Brought my son to this shop and had made an appointment. No one acklowledged me and I sat for more than two hours with a small child. Mutiple walk ins were taken before me and I was told several times your next. I definitely was never next! I am not sure if they didn’t like my look or if because I was a new face customer service was not important. I saw that people that were known to the barbers received great service and the cuts looked good. So maybe they just don’t want new customers.
