Abigail is the best. It was my first time having my hair cut by a different person since I was a little kid, and she did fantastic work. The salon is so cool and clean on the inside as well! Make sure you check out her awesome view of downtown!

Leah cut my hair that used to reach the small of my back. I haven't cut it in over two years, and I was extremely nervous about chopping it all off to be healthy again. Although living with social anxiety, she was extremely warm and friendly. She was genuine and honest and I was more nervous before entering the salon than when I left. She did fantastic and I love how well she did. She offered suggestions but also let me make decisions rather than pushing me. She is so so so wonderful and I have nothing but nice things to say about her, and the salon itself. The receptionist even told me I looked awesome when I was about to pay. Such a great environment, I can't wait to go back!

I used to love Bold Salon – the atmosphere, the workers... I signed a contract for this salon to do the hair and makeup for my bridal party last October. To my surprise I found out the entire staff left the salon this past June. After learning this, Abigail assured me that she had enough staff members to cover my wedding… well that was simply not the case this past weekend. On the most important day of my life there was (1) person curling hair, (1) person pinning updos, and (1) person doing makeup application… for 12 ladies! 12! I am EXTREMELY disappointed in how overpromised and underserved we were. In order for the group to make it to the ceremony on time, half the girls had to wing it - doing their own makeup and hair in the salon because there was absolutely no way the entire group would be done by 11:30am. We were literally speeding to the church and had 10 minutes to get dressed and walk down the aisle. The girls who were actually able to receive services were also overcharged from the quote I received from originally booking. There was no remorse for the joke of a morning by any of the stylists or owner. My biggest regret of my wedding was booking this salon for beauty services, it’s very sad and unfortunate what has happened to what used to be a phenomenal salon.

If you have curly hair DO NOT go here...the cut is pretty horrendous, my hair doesn't curl like it use to. They went crazy with thinning it. Literally left with wet drippy hair after they "styled" it. My hair now it stringy and damaged, I'll have to wait a month to get it fixed somewhere else. Again, this is only a review for curly hair.

I love coming here and Raina is fantastic! They are reasonably priced, the products they use smell amazing and everyone is very nice!
