Had a GREAT experience with a new hairdresser, whose name is Sherry! She took the time to wash, trim, and style my hair and did an amazing job doing so! I had a company party that day and she asked me what I wanted and suggested a few things that she thought would look amazing, and we went with it! It turned out amazing and I loved my hair! She also was very knowledgeable about the condition of my hair and gave me a few pointers to help it stay healthy and beautiful! I have colored hair (blue) and she let me know how to even keep that part as vibrant as well! TOTALLY a keeper! Love, love, love her!

Went there a month ago and there was a long line because one of the hairdressers didn't show up. No big deal, just ran some errands. Today went on the website see 40min wait time so I check in online with no issues. This was 11am when the place opens at 9am according to the website. Get there at 1130am and the door is locked. Check sign, says they open at 9am, see someone inside and they can't even come to the door or post a sign of why they are not open yet 2 and a half hours after they were suppose to be open. Checked the website again says they are open.... with today's technology you could have relayed a message that there was an issue when I checked in online instead of making me drive there. The employee there could at least post a sign, or seen that someone checked in online and called me to let me know. Recently this place seems to be falling apart, they use to do such a good job. But at this point I'm going to start looking else where since they can't be relied on for the simplest things.

I moved here a few months ago from Texas and this is the only place I've been to as far as getting my haircut. First few times has been pretty good and price is fair, but these last few times I've been here the haircut doesn't really turn out that well. Maybe it's just me being picky, but it always seems like they are trying to rush and finish the job(at least my last few experiences). Just thought I'd share my experience from today. Might switch to another place.

8/25: EDIT 2: Received confirmation customer service would reach out to the store and their manager to personally contact me but have not heard any updates since then. Still unhappy with Great Clips and again still do not plan on returning and recommend other customers do the same. 8/14: EDIT: I have reached out to the contact information provided and look forward to hearing back soon. The location is listed above and the details are listed below. 8/13: Pretty bad customer service, I would recommend not getting your haircut here no matter how simple. Called ahead asking about a haircut before they close and was assured I could be seen in, yet they locked the doors and pretended like I wasn't even at the door when I arrived. This was all while the employees started counting the money in the cash register right in front of me outside the front door. I know I was coming in 10-15 minutes before they close but would have gladly tipped extra for staying and honoring what they promised over the phone so close to closing. Even after knocking at the door, the employees still refused to acknolwedge a potential paying customer. I normally don't write reviews like this but I was shocked at how disrespectful their actions were and how the employees would rather lock the doors 10 minutes before closing and pretend to not acknowledge a customer or their check in. I wouldn't have minded if they said "no we actually lock our doors and close 10 minutes earlier than our listed hours" over the phone, that way I would have saved a trip and just returned the following day. Or even a simple "sorry, we're closed" would have sufficed when I arrived instead of complete non-acknowledgment. I understand you want to go home early but a friendly smile and a simple sorry would have really gone a long way and would have saved you a customer in the long run. Regardless, after today I am removing their app from my phone and will not be returning to Great Clips again.
