Usually my experience with great clips is great. Great service, cheap prices and good customer service. But unfortunately I can’t say the same about my last visit. I asked for my usual cut and that’s not what I received. Instead of a short trim off the top and a blend from a 2-4 guard on the side I got three inches off the top and a not so good fade (to put it nicely).

I came in with very dry, damaged long hair. I expressed what I wanted and that is exactly what I got! It has been my experience in the past going in for a trim and loosing most of my hair because the stylist took too much off. I am super pleased with my haircut/trim. Amanda was very professional (and fun) and knows what she is doing. They were busy and she took her time making sure I was happy before I left. She will be the only one who touches this hair from now on!! Thank you Amanda!!!! See you in 6 weeks.
