On July 3rd I had a facial massage and hair color and cut. The massage and facial were excellent but the hair went all wrong. I showed the “ master stylist “ 2 pictures that I would like as close as possible. I also showed her the color I wanted. I know I couldn’t expect her to get the cut and color exactly but close would have been nice. The finished product was decent but didn’t look anything like I had requested. She styled my hair and it looked like a helmet. I thought maybe I could get the style since only I know how my hair behaves. I didn’t wash my hair for three days as instructed. My hair was so crunchy and brittle I can’t even scrunch it. I thought after a couple washes the excess color would wash out and the softness would return. My hair is so brittle and badly damaged it actually breaks in my hand. I can’t wear it down because it’s like straw and won’t style at all. I have no choice other than to wear it in a ponytail. Even if I try to pull the bangs out of the pony tail it sticks out straight and frizzes from the damage. My hair is naturally curly and now I can do less with it than before. I spent 350.00 at this salon most of which was for my hair. I haven’t bothered to call as I’m sure I’ll just get tossed to the curb not only that but what’s the point, they already destroyed it. I can honestly say I will never go back and I will discourage anyone from going there.

This was my first visit to this spa and I experienced my first professional massage and brought my best friend with me. I am so happy to have come to this place. The enivorment is awesome and all the clients at the spa were having a great time. The staff is very professional and personable. Special SHOUT out to my masseuse Tiphanie. She made me feel very comfortable and she did an awesome job. I had know idea what the massage would be like, but she did great and I will happily recommend her and be back in the future to see her. Thank you! ♡

I have been going to zoia for a few years and always request Joey. He knows how to work with my unruly thick hair and gives me great advice. Last time I went in I had Erica because I procrastinate on making appointments, she was wonderful as well. Zoia is never pushy on pushing products to sell unless I ask for it! I love that about them. As far as the spa goes, BEST PEDICURES EVER! I’ve only gotten two there and Kathryn is the best! I have extremely ticklish feet and I was able to enjoy every little bit of it! Overall very nice people, clean and sanitized!

The lady at the front desk was not nice at all she was ridiculously rude and with such a ugly attitude and not only that but also when I called they told me one price and when I go to go pay it’s a whole different price. I told the lady at the front desk they had told me $95 on the phone, and I also checked the website and the price was $95 and all she said that’s an old price. Ok it’s an old price then why they telling me an old price when I called on the phone and don’t speak clearly about what the new prices are. she did nothing to fix it or even apologize for their error! Instead she said she'll give me 24 hrs to pay the rest.I didnt even like the extensions they look way too fake when I asked for a natural look. I’m very dissapointed and will never go back! The only good thing about my visit there was that Lisa was very nice.

Zoi'A Spa & Salon is one of the best salons I have ever been too! It was my first time trying out this salon and I worked with stylist, Amber, who truly went above and beyond in making me have a great first experience! The first time I went in, I was looking to do a balayage, however, as pretty as the end result was, I thought I went too dark and wanted more highlights since I love my hair lighter especially during the summer. I contacted the manager, and she made me an appointment the next week to brighten my hair again. I simply love the end result, this is exactly what I was looking for! Thank you so much for making this a great experience for me! I would definitely recommend to anyone needing to color their hair!
