My son went in for a simple fade 1 on sides 2 on top. He came home with a completely unblended hair! My husband told her when he was there it wasn't blended. Margie argued with my husband about how it was. Mind you, we've gotten haircuts for our son every two weeks at a barbershop in sheboygan for four years! His hair had never looked so poor. After arguing, she didn't even wipe his neck or face. So he is completely covered in hair and had to change his clothes and shower when he got home. When I called to get the number on our receipt so I could file a complaint online with corporate, she refused to provide that. She said I would have to come in. Of course we have a 1 year old, a van full of groceries so we won't be turning around to go pick it up. I was able to file a complaint without the number, adding just her name. i would never recommend anyone come to this Salon. If they can't even do a simple 1-2 fade on a boy, I can't even imagine what this stylist would do to a woman's hair! Horrible customer service... who argues with their customer? Now my 11 year old son has to attend school tomorrow with a haircut he is very upset over.

The worst place I ever got a haircut. So messed up, she didn't know what she was doing on top of it could not understand a word coming out of her mouth. Never will be back, RUN AWAY. I had to go somewhere else to fix her crappy job.
