Under new ownership, this salon is awesome. They've worked out any past issues they've had with computer systems and staffing. I love the expanded retail space - it doesn't feel cramped any more. And the stylists are wonderful.

I left the salon feeling less beautiful than when i went in with the way Sarai made me feel less than. People like thus simply shouldn't run a business. The service was subpar and the vibe was very fake overall.

Made an appointment online was super excited to be able to be fit in. I got there and the lady told me to please wait. Later she informed me she wasn't keeping track of online appointments and had sent the stylist home. She said to make another appointment for a different day. I drove 45 minutes to this location and was turned away cause someone wasn't doing there job. That's not how customer service works. I'll go somewhere else.

Shirley Sultenfuss is one of the best hairdressers I have ever been to. She is a complete perfectionist about everything. She has such talent when it comes to coloring my hair. I have been going to her since before she opened this shop and there is no way I would go anywhere else. I totally enjoy our time together. I am very comfortable getting my hair done and when I walk out, it always looks good. I feel that some of the reviews that are shown here are a kind of revenge. As far as the permanent makeup, if you do not follow up on the 6 week appointment, it isn't going to work. That is not Shirley's fault, that would be on your own shoulders. I just got my hair done today and I love it, went shopping and had like 6 people tell me they liked my hair. Your loss if you believe some of these reviews.
