Gave these folks another chance to do a fade and messed up my hair again with a rounded fade. What is this gouge on the side of my head that' a half inch wide? They do not know how to fade period despite what they tell you to the contrary. It might be and up north thing to leave bowl lines but fading is no visible lines PERIOD. Was told if I didn't like it I can go elsewhere by another employee who interrupted my conversation with the manager with whom I had an issue before when she cut my hair and was obviously still butt hurt.. Okay, thanks for the heads up. Contacted your corporate office in MN and they will be in touch with you. I will give credit to one employee who knew how to cut mens hair Mai but for me to just count on one hairstylist is insane.

Not sure if they are hiring beauticians fresh out of beauty school or what? But the woman that cut both my husband and sons hair..... I'm at a loss for words. It was a simple cut... That was not even at all. Their hair was already short, they just wanted a fade, shape and trim it a little lower... And when they came out, i just shook my head. I asked them to go back in and have her fix their hair or someone else.. But my hubby and son were to shy or something. I also went here 3 times before for my own hair.. The 1st, I was extremely satisfied! Loved my cut! I got the inverted bob. 2nd time, a year later I wanted the same cut... Well she messed that up. I said something about it... And she tried to fix it.. But was not successful. It was ruined. Way to short smh. 2 years go by, I decided one day while i was in the area to try again... As the inverted bob is my favorite cut... Well.. After that experience..i mean having my hair screwed twice now... Nope never again. I told my husband and son to not go there but because it's walk in..so no appt needed, not a long wait..well they got what they got. Hopefully they'll listen to me from now on. ðŸ˜‚ One positive thing is they ( the beauticians) are very friendly...and will try to fix your hair if you do not like it. But once your hair is cut short.. Like the cut I had wanted... to fix it.. She had to cut off more.. Smh.. Which is not what i wanted but she did it before i could even say anything. Hair grows back...but in the meantime your stuck with that hairdo until it does. Oh and some are pushy when it comes to trying to get you to purchase their in store haircare products...that would another negative.

I called and ask if they did appointments and they told me no(I was going to make one for my bf). My boyfriend goes in and has to wait an hour while other people come in after him as he is still waiting, saying they made an appointment and then get helped right away. So i was lied to for what reason??? Never coming here again.
