This rating is based off the eyebrow wax I received. The cost was $20 for a wax and haircut. The haircut went perfectly fine but the eyebrow wax was the worst I have ever received. I advised on how I wanted them and even asked for them to be trimmed. I am positive she pretended to trim them. She barely waxed my eyebrows and just plucked them. It was the most painful 20 minutes of my life. I often have my eyebrows waxed but do not recommend this location.

I went in for a cut, color, and conditioning. My stylist I believe was bethany or brittany the name card was a bit hard to read with the hand writing. She worked with me and my budget which I was happy that she was listening to me and giving me options. During the cut was were I wish I was more vocal because I wanted sidebangs and I wanted it above my eye and down to frame my face. She took off the cloth and I wasn't able to see out of my right eye because my hair was still halfway down my face. I hate to be a bother but I had to explain that I wanted it above my eyebrow and frame down. She had no problems and put the cloth back on me and restyled it which I was happy with. It has been 2 weeks since the cut and I'm still happy with the style but I realized I like my sidebangs parted a certain way so I will be going back to have them cut one piece off to make my bangs the way I like them. I encourage people to go because I like the set up of walking in for a cut the day of instead of scheduling weeks in advance for service so it is around your schedule. Sam's does not allow to make appointments days in advance but if you call the day of you can schedule a time to come in.

Amazing experience! I came in to fix a haircut that was not done well at a different (not Fantastic Sam's) salon. I also had a bit of an issue with some very faded and patchy color. The stylist was AMAZING; extremely nice and listened to what I wanted. Answers my questions and made a few suggestions. She was able to fix my cut and my color. I feel so relieved!
