Took my 12 year old there, and she had no idea really what she wanted. They were so awesome and friendly. Willing to work with her to help her find what she wants. Jen was our stylist. She did FANTASTIC!! We will definitely be going back.

Mary in Neenah was so amazing! She cut my 4-year-old daughter’s long hair for her first haircut this afternoon and did a great job, and my kid was wiggling and sliding off her booster the whole time! It looks so cute. We are very pleased with the price and especially the service! Thanks again Mary!

While they were great the first time...not so much the 2nd. Not out to slander anyone, but the difference between my first and second visits was mind boggling. The first visit, everyone was very kind, friendly, professional - and they did exactly what I asked! Loved it! So of course, I decided to go back...big mistake. Everyone was in a very un-friendly, distant mood, clearly they did not want to be at work. My stylist (same one I had the first time, I won't mention any names) barely spoke two words, did not do what I asked whatsoever, and was done with her horrible hack job in a couple minutes (it's been over a month now and her mistakes are just now starting to grow out). I gave her a nice tip anyways in hopes that it might improve her mood for the rest of the day :\. My mother was also a customer here, same story with her. Loved it the first time - literally came home in tears the second. Super sad considering she was really excited to go back, she doesn't get her hair done frequently and was over-joyed to have found a place that she thought she could go to have her new style and color maintained...unfortunately, nobody in my family will be returning to this place. They lack customer service skills, barely talk (and when they do, which is seldom they ask some rather strange questions, if I may add), and their skill levels seem to be based on what kind of mood they're in that day. I'm in no way trying to put anyone down, ruin anyones business or throw out any type of slander, I simply want to spare a few people from getting a "new style" that they will absolutely hate. You should walk out of a salon feeling good about yourself, not regretting your visit entirely.

I went in with a specific style and photo in mind for my daughter(inverted bob). It did turn out cute but not at all what I really wanted for her. At multiple times during the hair cut I mentioned that this wasnt turning out like the photo and that she needed to thin more in certain areas. It was very bulky towards the back of her neck and not really inverted at all. Again nothing like the photo or what I wanted. She never bothered to check to see if any areas of her hair where uneven so when she asked what I thought I checked my daughters hair myself and she had to fix a few pieces. The lady did notice I felt uneasy on how her hair cut turned out and asked if it was going to be okay.(I had already said 2 times this wasnt turning out like the photo) I told her it was fine and honestly I didnt want her to cut anymore of my daughters hair. It wasnt going to get any better. Also I do understand that when you bring a photo into a salon you are not going to get exactly what the photo looks like I do get that. But I asked for an inverted bob and she walked out with a regular hair cut with the hair being just a little bit shorter in the back. What we where asking for was a little more dramatic from the back going towards the front of her face her hair being longer. The lady was nice I wouldn't say she was kid friendly per say. She didnt really try to interact with my kids or even try to make small talk when they where in her chair. I guess I was expecting to much when I walked into this salon. I would never return here or would I reccomend this place.
