How do I start on how horrible my experience was? Okay well I get their at 2:40 and my appointment was 2:45 so, I waited 5 minutes. I was after called up to the register and was told I had to wait another 20 minutes so I just agreed and sat back down. Fifteen minutes later a family arrived and they were supposed to get a hair cut AFTER me. While I wasn't looking, one of the young 4 year old girl was having a tantrum about "I WANT TO GET MY HAIR CUT FIRST" and while I was on my phone( btw I thought they were gonna call me up so I can finally get my hair cut) one of the stylists called her up to get her hair cut just so she can get her way. My anger kept building up and up until I've waited at that dumb store for about 45 minutes. After that, I just go a call so I stepped out side for 2 minutes and I kept hearing another girl keep on saying "I want a hair cut, I want a hair cut!) so right when I got back they seated her to get and hair cut like tf? I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR 50 MINUTES NOW AND JUST CAUSE TWO LITTLE GIRLS ARENT GETTING THEIR WAY, I HAVE TO SACRIFICE MY 50 MINUTES. I told the cashier politely that I've been here for a while know waiting to get a hair cut and she said "oh, well we didn't see you there..." I was really about to snap on her ass but I didn't . I told her dumb ass that I've been waiting RIGHT there where I was RIGHT in the open and you still didn't see me? Like are you blind and have some eye sight problems because if you haven't seen me sitting there for 50 damn minutes then you should really get that checked. Over all I give this a 2 because despite the horrible experience, they had great lotion.
