Went in to have highlights and was very happy with Rachael. She helped me with the right color to choose and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely see her again.

This new location is slightly hidden away, but you will discover a gem in Tim. He is a true professional and artist in his work. He listens carefully, and takes time to analyze your hair thoroughly before ever setting a scissors to it. If he feels there is a better way for your hairstyle to be done, he will share his thoughts and explain his suggestions. I always walk out feeling like I have been cut and styled by one of the top LA salon stylists.

Terrible customer service. I went in with my little sister last night to get her hair done before school starts. We went in for a simple trim. My sister has long hair thats fairly straight, very hard to mess up. .We left the store, realizing it was slightly crooked, so I decided to go home and show my mother. My mother was unsatisfied with the hair cut. She went back last night and the girl who cut the hair, Rachel, was still there. My mother showed her the hair, and she said we could come back when the manager, I believe her name is Amy, was there. My mother got the hair cut at another location, Shear Image, and the hair looks and feels incredible. I went back as Rachel said I could and she recognized me.The manager was incredibly rude. She kept mumbling "I just don't believe that" and said "well maybe your mom should just bring her in herself if she wants it a certain way." My mom doesn't have time for that. They told me they would need to see the hair cut. Rachel claimed my mother wouldn't even let her look at the hair. Which is false because I saw her look at the hair. The manager acted in an extremely unprofessional manor, mumbling about me, checked her personal phone while helping me with my refund, which it says on the receipt you can get if you are not satisfied. It does not say to bring the person in, it doesn't have terms and conditions whatsoever. Rachel should have brought this to our attention yesterday but failed to do so. If there are terms to said refund, bring it to your customers attention. I would not recommend you go to this location. Very unprofessional.
