This salon is located right in the middle of the quaint city of Sheboygan Falls. It is very welcoming and beautiful inside. They are an Aveda Salon and have a great selection of products. The staff was friendly and very professional.

Well I am disappointed with my pricey "Aveda" haircut. I went in to Salon 511 today (May 22) with enough hair to get a cute style. Instead a young inexperienced stylist just kept razor cutting/thinning my hair until my bangs were too short and per her acknowledgement, crooked. You are probably thinking I did not communicate well my desired style. But before my haircut started I gave the stylist this photo of Jamie Lee Curtis and asked for this style. I explained and demonstrated how I style my hair at home and I told her I run my fingers through my hair all day, pulling it straight down or sweeping to either side. We talked about keeping my bangs long and thinning them to keep them soft over my forehead (simply something I did not get.) Not only is it disappointing that this stylist could not translate the photo I gave her in to a nice style for me (something you would expect at an Aveda salon,) but I have to wear this haircut to an out of town wedding this weekend.

I love this place, Stephanie is my go to lady and she is amazing. But everyone there goes above and beyond.
