Technician burnt my daughter's eyebrow during waxing. Owner explained it was somehow due to a "power surge" that morning which made no sense - if power surge, this beauty shop should have surge protectors and safety features so the wax doesn't ever get hot enough to burn a client. A few months back, another daughter had her wedding makeup done there, and another tech inadvertently put different shades of eyeshadow on each eye, causing her to have to return on her wedding day to have her makeup redone. Will never return to this local salon again.

Don't get your nails done there...gels suck and they started cracking. She made NO attempt to get me in to rectify the situation. $75 plus a $15 tip...OUTRAGEOUS.
