My wife just came back from taking my 6 year old there for a haircut. They trimmed his hair line. Unfortunately, it is over two inches different between the left side and the right side. That haircut is flat out embarassing. It blows my mind that it was done by a professional. On a personal note, I stopped going there long ago because of bad haircuts. I'm in the military.... our hair isn't hard to cut.

This was meant to be two and a half stars, but it wouldn't allow me to do that. Apologies for this rather long review.. I called ahead and scheduled an appointment for my son's first haircut and was told it would be a 25 minute wait which I said was fine. We arrived within 15 minutes thinking we'd only have to wait another 10 minutes. Well when we finally checked in I was told we were next so we waited around and I tried to keep my 20 month old son as entertained and calm as I could while we awaited our turn. A 25 minute wait ended up turning into a 55 minute wait and there were 2 or 3 people who went before us even though I was told we were next. My son had to sit on my lap with it being his first time and all and even though he squirmed around a bit he did surprisingly well. The lady who cut his hair was very pleasant and patient with him which I appreciated, but did not do a once over check of it when she was done and after I left my husband and I noticed that the sides weren't even and there were chunks missing on the sides as well. Overall I'm disappointed with our experience and wish I had just gone with our regular hairstylist. But she was booked up for the day and instead of waiting an extra couple days I got impatient and wanted it done today. Well lesson learned I guess. We will likely not be returning and will stick with our regular stylist Liz who is fantastic by the way.

Friendly staff and we didn't have to wait (a Tuesday). Went to get a child's hair cut. The stylist was patient and nice.

I usually have good service but yesterday I went in and apparently the girl was new. Because I told her to take a 1/2 inch off the length, guess she can't hear or understand English, because when I turned around it was a 1/2 off my head. Imagine my surprise when I looked in the mirror!!!!! OMG!!!!!
