This place is an oasis of pleasure in the great upland dessert of Wyoming. Soothing treatments that leave you feeling like a whole new person. Great hair styling from the practical, to the edgy. The staff is always the most friendly and helpful, and always take the time to listen to and work with you to to achieve your best look. I stop in every time I'm in town.

Received a gift card for the amount of $105 to Bamboo and I decided to buy products rather than get a service. Went in with my mother in law to pick products. We chose 4 products totaling less than $80. Owner bagged our products, took the gift card without telling us the total amount owed and told us that the products were a little over the card amount but it was "ok". No receipt was given. Beware!

I was given a gift certificate for a spa package and a hair color from my husband. The amout on the card covered one of the best packages they had and color. My first appointment I was given just a basic massage, I assumed there was a mis-communication. My next appointment was for my hair. The owner was there and REFUSED to color my hair the way I wanted. I didn't want anything crazy (I work in a hospital) but he said flat out NO, he won't do what I asked. I was a little taken back and honestly felt bad. He said he would do what he thought looked best and that I would love it. I was SO disappointed!!! I could barely tell a difference, I was so over it I just checked out. He then tried to say that I went over what was on the card, BS! I know how much my husband paid and knew what I had charged againt my gift card. Supposedly a $200 hair color and no real difference??? I will never go there again! I had a bad experience a few years back but was willing to try again (everyone has an off day here and there). This was 2 for 2 and I would give them a zero if I could!!

Bamboo is friendly, quiet atmosphere and very relaxing! I had the Ultimate Spa Package and was treated like a queen! The staff and owner are friendly and were only concerned with making me feel relaxed and comfortable! I looked years younger and my face was definitely brighter! All the tightness in my body was gone gone gone!! The lunch served to me was amazing, so fresh and delicious!! I highly recommend Bamboo Spa and Salon for all your pampering needs!!

This place posts hours of operation and then they put a sign on the door “in session”. I think that is key word for we are in back doing something we shouldn’t be. Apparently they don’t need to make money or keep customers very badly.
