I am always blown away by Terrie-Jo’s expertise! I had a vision of what I wanted but she advised me on a different idea which would be more flattering and the end result was even better than I wanted in the first place! Also got waxed while I waited for my hair to be done! Love it highly recommend her!!!

Kristina is the best! Been coming to her for years. She gives the best massage when she washes your hair. I always get her an extra dollar compared to everyone else because of it. That and I've never had one complaint when she cuts my hair.

Kristina is the best! She does a great job with color and cuts and is so incredibly gentle I almost fall asleep in the chair. I have been going to her at this location for 3 years. Never had any problems. My friend had her hair colored and it turned out not the way she wanted and they offered to fix it for her. Before you get angry and bad mouth them, give them the opportunity to fix the mistake and get it right. They really appreciate that and wont know if you don't tell them you aren't happy. Also love that the owner promoted Kristina after she fixed my orange hair from another salon that messed it up.

Kristina was absolutely amazing. Took the time to make sure everything was perfect and my hair cut came out perfect. Have been to other places to get my hair cut and have never had someone pay so much attention to the details. Will always go to fantastic sams from now on. Thank you so so much.
