I had the Bortolo & Sons crew in to put in a new addition (14 x 50) to my existing driveway. These guys were awesome they arrived early and finished early! Really friendly and professional service from start to finish. I've already referred one of my co-workers to them.! Thanks again!

After pouring over countless reviews and researching concrete company's in the Lower Mainland, we solicited the services of Bortolo & Sons for concrete, asphalt and grass grid work on our property. Lui and Co. were very knowledgable and professional to deal with throughout the project. Lui's crew were very efficient and left the job site clean and tidy everyday. We are ecstatic with the final product and would recommend Bortolo wholeheartedly. Thanks!

Contacted the company via their contact form on their website for a driveway repaving quote. Received a prompt response, and emailed back and forth the details of the job. I was given a loose timeframe of 'a couple of weeks' to do the paving job, but as I didn't have to be home for it, that wasn't a big deal. I put the job on hold for a couple of weeks as I had another contractor coming in to do unrelated work. Lui (Sales) contacted me 3 weeks later, asking where we were in the other project, as they had an opening to be able to do the paving in the next day or two. After confirming with my other contractor that they would not be in the way, the paving job was scheduled. When I arrived home the following day I was a little surprised to find that the driveway had been repaved (my last email request had been to contact me if the job was going to go ahead). However, the new driveway looked great. My only concern was that there wasn't a piece of flagging stretched across the driveway to keep stray vehicles off of it. I was issued a bill a week later for the agreed-upon price. If I remember correctly, the entire transaction was handled via email - which I appreciate as it gives me a permanent record of all the communication. I would definitely recommend Bortolo & Sons to anyone looking for asphalt repaving.

We hired Borttolo & Sons Paving to put in a new concrete driveway for our home. Lui was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The project went smoothly. I found Bortolo and Sons in the Better Business Book which I always use when I need work done. I contacted three paving companies. The owner contacted me the next day first thing. Other companies were 1 to 3 weeks. I was given a quote which turned out to be several hundred dollars cheaper. The quote told me exactly what was going to be done in a very detailed fashion. Work was started when promised and completed much faster than I expected. The quality is excellent and it was done by very friendly, helpful workers. Follow up was excellent and I feel that I was treated with fairness and respect. I also added a second job and it was agreed to over the phone, no written estimate. The cost was exactly what Lui said it would be. This truly is a family business done the way things use to be, where your word is as good as a signed contract. I would highly recommend the entire crew of Bortollo and Sons. Jack Duncan
