Put in a work order for autumn paving to patch and seal a bunch of rental properties. In the end autumn paving picked the properties they wanted to do and they never called or emailed me that they didnt finish the other properties. I called the owner and he told me they didnt have the time or resources to get to the other properties. So come the end of the season I had to run around looking for someone to seal the properties autumn never did. Very unreliable.

No quote. Some way to run a business. Called them for a quote. Took 2 weeks to respond. Owner finally came out to look at the job. Said he would work up the quote "that night" and send it. 4 weeks later and no quote or response to phone calls. I guess he already has enough money.

I can not speak in regards on Autumn Pavings work because I could never get them to send me a quote. I finished building my home last year and it was August by the time I was ready for the driveway. I called Autumn Paving a few times over a month with no response. I was mostly looking to get pricing to have the work done in the spring. When November rolled around I received a call from Autumn asking if I still wanted an estimate which I said sure because I still hadn't put my deposit down and what can one more number hurt. I told the man on the phone to send the quote to my home. After a few months of no quote I called and left a message explaining everything and that was 2 weeks ago. I am in commercial construction management and this is not a professional business practice. I contacted J&D Paving and had a quote within a week and most important of all he called me back.I also realize its not a parking lot but its not a tiny little job, my driveway is 300' long with two separate parking areas. This is just my personal encounter or lack there of.
