Terrible driveway

Pavement started cracking after few years. They said its the sealer I used! I sealed the neighbors driveway too and they never had an asphalt problem like this. They did not even want to come and see it but asked me to send pictures - great after sale service! A paving company passed by and said its not a sealer problem but not enough compaction/too thin of asphalt coat causing the product to fall apart! warranty with them is only 1 year only ! get company with at least 5 year warranty our driveway looks much worse than all neighbors, some who never even repaved after 20 years !!!

I've called several times trying to get a wood delivery, they always miss their delivery appointment with no follow up. They are poorly responsive, I'm going to have to get my wood elsewhere.

No one followed up with an estimate. I contacted the business 3 separate times with which I was advised an estimator come to my house or call me back. I never did get any follow-up, and when I did it was only because I reached out to them to inquire. The office was polite with responding however I would have appreciated them tell me that they are too busy and cannot accommodate (if this is the case) vs having a potential customer be left in the dark and go elsewhere (having no confidence in their customer service ability). I live in the area and this is not good for their reputation or our community!

The quality of the wood has decreased over three deliveries of two face cords each. The last 2 face cords are covered in what seems like "dirt" but hard to clean off. I wonder if some of the contamination is tar, paving related. A volume, 1.5'x6', is splinters containing rotten pieces, also covered in "dirt". Many of the logs are very old and rotten. Not suitable for a fireplace. Possibly for an outdoor furnace - but just. Look for another supplier.

Hope they are better at paving than firewood. Missed appointments, missed calls, no follow up. An array of errors. We finally gave up and called somewhere else. Disappointing however since we bought their firewood last year and were pleased with the delivery and the quality of the wood. Oh well...

If I could give these folks 5+ stars I would. I had them repave my driveway and install an interlock pathway. Their crew were professionals from start to finish and the end product exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!
