I called this organization because I had heard an ad on CJAD. Sounded like I'd give them a try. Was looking for a price to do my driveway patching and blacktop. I was pleasantly surprised when they suggested a visit to see before quoting me a price...I was impressed. Robert Barillaro was on-time (7pm after work) and walked me around the driveway. He explained their offering and also asked me some clarifying questions (still impressed). Although my interest was just having my blacktop re-done, he asked me if I had thought to re-do (re-set) the pavi uni stones around to remove the weeds. Yes, I said, just not now. When it came to my blacktop, he realized that I had already had several years of a cheaper sealer applied (DIY). He could tell because of the tiny cracks in the that had appeared all over the driveway. He was diplomatic in his approach, avoiding criticizing my work and suggested that his sealer would penetrate the driveway thereby avoiding the cracks in the future. By this point I decided I was "all in". When I asked when he could get started and how much, he really surprised me. He suggested that I wait a year (or maybe two) to let the cheaper sealer wear off and then he would be pleased to do the work. Like a real professional, he avoiding the "quick sale" and preferred the longer term customer relationship. Wow!! In my 25+ years of teaching sales & customer service, this attitude is so refreshing and "so rare" that I had to write about it. Thanks Robert and thanks to Premier Sealers for having that kind of "customer focused" integrity. I think you might find a cheaper solution but in my experience..."Integrity and happy customers" matter more!! You will hear back from me for both the blacktop and the pave uni next spring.

Garbage company. I fully regret ever hiring them. Their initial presentation is much more professional then most. They have uniforms, ads, proper evaluations and what not (especially because most guys give you an estimate on the back of a business card) I have a large 4 car driveway on a decline. The first day I got back to see left over cracks and completely uneven parts. The manager had no problem asking me for a cheque which I point blank refused for this shoddy work. They came back 2 days later and redid some parts and resealed the entire driveway (I regret I could have done a better job myself probably). After giving it a few days I finally paid them, only to have it rain 1 week later and have water leak into my garage. In 20 years this has never happened. I"ve called the manager and the company several times (We're CAA GUARANTEED they claim) but 1 month later I doubt they will show. Take home message: Stay away
