R&D paved our driveway and did a very nice job. Would definitely recommend them.

May 29, 2017
In my quest to find a reputable company to "top coat" my driveway, I learned from the previous owners of my home that R&D Paving out of Franklin had put the "base coat" down several years ago and I saw that it had held up well, so I decided to go with them. I intended/wanted to have the driveway done in 2016, but I didn't call them until the middle of the summer. "Gerry" quickly came to my residence to provide an estimate and was always available to take my calls and responded to my e-mails with any questions I had. I was told they would "try to fit me in", but unfortunately the company was very busy that year with other scheduled customers and the weather got too cold before they could pave my driveway. I was promised that if I could wait until 2017, they would take care of my driveway first thing in the spring. As promised, the first day when the weather (finally) broke in 2017, Gerry contacted me and he and the crew supervisor "Joe" showed up at my residence. After re-checking a few measurements, I was asked if I wanted them to pave the NEXT DAY! Joe and the crew showed up punctually and I watched the entire operation closely from start to finish. The crew was polite, friendly, worked hard and it was evident from the beginning prep work to final raking my crushed stone back along the edges of the drive, this company was professional and did a GREAT job! My wife, who never thought I needed (nor did she want me to have) the top coat done because she didn't think the driveway needed it, came out, looked it over, also said it looked terrific - better than she thought it would, and was GLAD I had it done! Then my "picky" neighbor who is critical of everything (plus he had also told me I did not need to have the driveway done) came by and said it was an EXCELLENT job! It should also be known that my driveway is quite difficult, with a large span of various dimensions, curves and cut-ins" to consider, and I am very pleased with the job Joe and his crew from R&D paving did. I am proud to display their work and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a profession job done at a competitive price. Roger Amadon Boscawen, NH

R&D Paving paved my driveway and did an excellent job!! The salesman was great to deal with and explained everything in detail to us. The crew was fast, accurate and professional. I would highly recommend them . My driveway looks fantastic :)

I can not comment on their work, but I can say that the sales person made an appointment with me to look at the work and give me an estimate. He never showed up at the job or called me to give me a reason. I guess that's how some businesses handle customers when they have enough work. I am glad I did not hire them because they do not do what they said they would do. If your too busy just say so, my time is just as valuable as yours.

We are very sorry that you were disappointed Doug, in our salesman not getting back with you. There is no excuse for that. We are sorry that you felt that was a reason for giving us a bad review. We will try to be more vigilant in the future.
