A dependable local company that we love to use for all of our snow removal, landscaping and asphalt needs.

I normally don't write reviews, but I was asked to by Tim to write about my experience during the summer of 2012 and 2013 We had Signature Land Services replace our driveway, it was approximately 20 years old and in very poor condition. After pulling the asphalt up the workers recommended we dig the driveway because the gravel was not good enough to pave over. Although they recommended digging up the driveway and putting new gravel in, I chose to sign a waiver and they paved it anyway. It looked good for a season, but then it began to become lumpy the following spring. I called Tim and he came out and said it was the soil under the driveway that he warned me about that last year. I wanted it fixed and knew I signed the waiver. After discussing it with Tim, he offered to give me a substantial discount on the paving if I paid to replace the poor soils as recommended the year before. I agreed and they showed up the following week. I had several estimates done to make sure he was giving me the deal he said he was. Based on the estimates, it proved he was being truthful and the driveway has held up very well ever since. My experience was positive and I would use them again if I ever need paving again.

I worked for this company and was very lucky to learn the lessons I did from these guys. They do not sacrifice quality of work for anything. I've personally seen the owner grab a shovel and start doing grunt work to give a guy that was getting fatigued a break for a drink of water. Top notch quality, top notch employees, top notch management.

I own a number of residential and commercial properties in Anchorage and have used many paving companies over the years. Mark and his crew excavated and repaved my apartment complex last year. I am happy with the job they did and will be calling them the next time I pave a parking lot..
