Good luck with them. They will transfer you 5 times before you get to the right department. Oh and they wont give you a estimate with out taking down your billing information and wont give you a estimate over the phone.

This company is horrible!! Had our parking lot resurfaced less than six months ago. There is cracks all over it, we have taken roughly four wheel barrels worth of gravel out of it. it will look worse after the summer than before they did the work. When confronted they stated the parking lot looks fine to them. Whatever happened to taking pride in your work or extending some semblance of customer service? if i could give them 0 stars i would! Before deciding to use the poor excuse for a company come take a look at my parking lot. 10225 N. metro Parkway E. My next step is filing a complaint with the better business bureau. My suggestion... stay as far away as possible from these jokers.

Poor Communication and Inaccurate Handicap Stripping I was hoping for a good experience and that things would have been done correctly the first time as discussed, but that would have been to good to be true. Initially we had Ace Asphalt do our parking lot because we received a notice that our handicap parking space was not van accessible and it had to be. I went over this with the rep who came out to look at the area to provide an estimate, I even provided him with the ADA notice showing the necessary measurements. Long story short the parking lot was not done correctly, even after 2 attempts. (1) They completed the seal coat, which turned out fine, but they did not replace our reserved stenciling, nor did they stencil the handicapped parking space, (2) They came back and did the stencil after I sent a email bringing it to their attention, but they did not make it a van accessible space, which was the reason we had it done in the first place, and the pole sign was incorrect, (3) they came back and provided the correct pole sign, and to fix the handicap space, they took up another complete parking space 9+ ft and stripped it yellow. Now we already have limited parking, why would we want them to dedicate a whole extra complete parking space when the ADA requirement is 5ft, it looks goofy and I've had multiple patients speak on it. Even if they felt there was a problem with the space, someone should have reached out to me with a suggestion, instead of assuming that we wanted it this way. I measured the space myself and it should have worked out the right way. After over a month of going back and forth through emails, it was apparent that they weren't going to fix it. If you decide to do business with them, make sure you BOTH have a clear understanding on the outcome, because if it is done wrong good luck on getting them to correct it.
